if Ekolu 807 is not available, please check out the website for Ekolu 710, which is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse just one building over. If the dates you want for Ekolu 807 are available, send an e-mail to me (Elizabeth, the on-island condo manager) at: maui5678@yahoo.com . Provide me with the number of people in your party (4 maximum of any age), the desired check-in and check-out dates and/or any questions you might have.
Although Ekolu 807 does not have an age restriction for children, we do request that our guests respect the tranquil Ekolu community.
I request three nights deposit to hold your desired dates. I will hold space for seven days while awaiting your deposit. The deposit should be in the form of a personal/business check, money order or cashiers/registered check (sorry, no credit cards) made out to Sharon Stephens (the owner) and mailed to:
Following receipt of your deposit, I will send you confirmation in writing via U.S. Mail. The balance of payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival at which time I will send you a key to the condo along with a map.
If your plans change and you need to modify or cancel your reservations, contact me as soon as possible by phone or e-mail (not snail mail) so that I can re-book your reserved space and return your deposit and final payment. Providing I am able to re-book the space, all funds will be returned except for a $25 handling fee.
