Wailea Ekolu Condominium unit 807 is a spacious 1,400 square foot two bedroom, two bath ocean view condominium, occupying the ground floor of a low-rise two story building. It accommodates four people comfortably. It is fully appointed and includes phone, radio/CD player, cable TV, DVD, VCR, private BBQ on the lanai and personal touches for your enjoyment and convenience. There is a full kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and utensils. Small appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, hair dryer and iron/ironing board are also provided. Towels, linens and beach towels are included. There is a fun closet with beach chairs, picnic coolers, a few board games, and lots of novels. If you would like a boogie board or have any other special requests, just let me know! The unit has three private lanais (patios), two full baths and a full size washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. The condo is cooled by ceiling fans and tropical breezes (no air conditioning). The private lanai has a nice oceanview and is relaxing and quiet.
This condominium is privately owned and cared for. We are able to offer very attractive rates since we do not use a rental agency. Elizabeth lives here on the island to help you with your immediate needs, check in/out cleaning and any maintenance during your stay. The condo is clean when you arrive and it is cleaned again when you leave. If you wish, you can arrange for a maid service during your stay.
The owner, Sharon, along with her husband and daughter, travel from California to stay in her condo a couple times a year and consider it their second home. Sharon always has fun buying new things for her condo. The condo has ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen, livingroom and bathrooms and berber carpet in the bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms have Corian countertops and sinks. The masterbed coverlet and shams are a brown leaf tropical print and the twin bed coverlets are red print, complete with Aloha throw pillows and a palm tree lamp! There are wonderful flower arrangements, new wall paint and a framed Hawaiian quilt. The condo is decorated with a cool tropical feel.

Wailea Resort and Ekolu Village
This condo is located in the Wailea Ekolu Village. Ekolu has charcoal BBQ areas overlooking the golf course and ocean and has two swimming pools, all located in a garden setting. Building are 2-story low rise. Guests staying in Ekolu 807 are given special discounts for golf!
The condo is a 15 minute walk (about 1500 feet) to the beach (longer/uphill on the way back), but most people use their car as there is public parking at the beaches and Wailea has 5 beautiful white sand beaches along a mile and a half of coastline., with excellent snorkling and sunbathing.
